At Templeton Building Company, our work has always been about more than construction, it’s about the people behind it and the relationships built along the way.

Founded in 1980 by Steve Templeton, the company was built on a simple principle: do things the right way, stand behind your work, and treat every client with care and respect. Today, that foundation continues under the leadership of Ben Templeton, carrying forward a second generation of craftsmanship, accountability, and long-term thinking.

Over the past four decades, we’ve grown through trust. Much of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals, homeowners who return to us because they value not only the quality of our work, but the experience of working with our team. We’re known for being responsive, approachable, and detail-oriented, people our clients genuinely enjoy having in their homes.

That culture starts within our team. We’ve built a close-knit, craftsmanship-first company where every person takes pride in their work and responsibility for the details.
