Built Right. Backed for Life.
At Templeton Building Company, our work extends beyond any single project. For over four decades, we’ve partnered with homeowners who expect more, more precision, more accountability, and more care in how their homes are built.
Whether building a custom home, renovating an existing space, or restoring a historic property, the approach remains the same: do it right, communicate clearly, and stand behind every detail. We don’t take shortcuts, apply temporary fixes, or walk away when things get complicated. When challenges arise, we solve them properly and stand behind our work completely, because at this level, peace of mind matters just as much as the finished product.
Our clients are intentional, detail-oriented, and deeply invested in their homes. We match that with transparency, disciplined execution, and a commitment to getting every detail right.
Each service we offer is guided by a focus on long-term performance and lasting quality. The result is more than a well-built home, it’s a relationship that continues long after construction is complete, and a partner you can rely on for what comes next.
New Homes
Building a custom home is a significant investment of time, resources, and trust. At Templeton Building Company, we approach that responsibility with the level of care it deserves. Our clients are thoughtful, detail-oriented, and highly engaged in the process. We match that with clear communication, disciplined execution, and a commitment to getting every detail right, never rushed, never overlooked.
From the earliest planning stages through final completion, we focus on doing things the right way. No shortcuts. No temporary solutions. Just a well-built home designed to perform, endure, and reflect the people who live in it. The result is more than a custom home, it’s confidence in how it was built, and a partner you can rely on long after you move in.
Remodeling & Renovations
Renovating an existing home requires more than craftsmanship, it requires experience, judgment, and the ability to navigate the unexpected.
At Templeton Building Company, we work with a trusted network of architects, craftsmen, and trade partners to bring clarity and structure to complex projects. Whether updating a single space or transforming an entire home, we approach each renovation with a disciplined, detail-driven process.
Older homes, and even newer ones, often reveal challenges once work begins. When they do, we address them properly. No shortcuts. No temporary fixes. Just proven solutions that ensure your home performs as well as it looks.
The result is a space that feels intentional, cohesive, and built to last, delivered with the confidence that it was done right.
Historical Restoration
Historic homes carry more than architectural detail, they carry craftsmanship, character, and a story worth preserving.
At Templeton Building Company, we approach restoration with a deep respect for that history, combined with the experience required to protect it. These projects demand careful judgment, specialized knowledge, and an understanding of how older homes were originally built.
We don’t replace what can be preserved, and we don’t compromise what makes a home unique. When structural or hidden issues arise, we address them with care, strengthening the home while maintaining its integrity and character.
With over four decades of experience working on historic properties, we ensure these homes are not only preserved, but prepared to be lived in and enjoyed for generations to come.
Trusted Partners
A well-built home is only as strong as the people behind it—and the care it receives over time.
At Templeton Building Company, we work with a select group of trusted partners who share our commitment to craftsmanship, accountability, and doing things the right way. These are relationships built over time, with teams we rely on to deliver the same level of quality our clients expect from us.
Sarver Home Services
For more than two decades, home service and ongoing client care have been an important part of the Templeton Building Company experience. What began as Templeton’s Service Division in 2000 evolved over time through long-standing client relationships and a growing demand for trusted, high-level home care.
Led by Brian Sarver for over 20 years, Templeton Service Division became known for its responsiveness, reliability, and commitment to maintaining homes with the same level of care and attention that went into building them. In October 2025, that division evolved into Sarver Home Services, an independent company created so Templeton could focus exclusively on construction while Sarver Home Services could dedicate itself fully to ongoing home maintenance, repair, and support.
Together, we offer clients not only a well-built home, but a trusted team to help protect and maintain it for years to come.
